ACES Global Quality Services SpA is looking for Field (for Italy and Europe) & Desk Expeditors (to work in our Villa D’Adda offices, Bergamo).

Job description:

• Visit vendors
• Follow overall progress of the fabrication and deliveries of the order
• Chase vendors to obtain progress reports and documentation required on a timely manner
• Monitor Documents Schedule, proactively chase all relevant parties and organize close-out sessions if needed
• Align Expediting activities and planning to package gates formerly defined by the package manager
• Prepare the release for shipment and get it signed by the package manager
• Support package manager to monitor actions related to OSD close out (outstanding, shortages and damages)
• Continuously follow-up manufacturing progress and overall package execution
• Generate and communicate to the project team the Material Status Report (MSR)

Other functions and contract details shall be discussed during interview phase.

Required previous expediting experience.
